To submit a question:
Simply enter your inquiry and click the ask button. You should see the words "Question Received"
in the chat box.
If you do not see "Question Received" or you see no conversation at all you may have a communication error.
If this is the case, press F5 to refresh your browser and re-establish the link.
Questions entered are queued to our moderator who will
try to select the most relevant issues and forward them to the presenter who will answer
in real-time.
